Cancellation Policy

All deposits requested at the time of booking are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation on your part.

Should the Peak Dog Retreat have to cancel your booking your deposit will be refunded in full (We will give you at least 28 days’ notice) If you choose to cancel your booking and no deposit has been taken The Peak Dog Retreat reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.( 30% of the original booking ) 

A minimum notice of 28 days to cancel is required otherwise the Peak Dog Retreat reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking.

Should you choose to end you’re your dogs stay with us early the full amount will still be due and no refund will be given.

For trial nights full payment must be made at the time of booking and is none refundable
